Welcome to Outreach Boston. We are made up of Christian volunteers who believe that God's love should be shown not in word only, but also in deed.
Our Mission is to bring this love to all, but especially the homeless of the city of Boston.
Our Vision is to bring both temporary and permanent answers to those in need. A sandwich meets the temporary need of a hungry person, and this need must be met; but the deeper, permanent answers to the needs of a person's life cannot be met by a sandwich. The most important part of our ministry is to help lead a person into a relationship with the true and living God — this is life-changing. When God meets this inner need, permanent answers come. This has nothing to do with dead, dry religion. Rather, it has to do with receiving Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. When we receive Jesus Christ as our Savior, he comes into our lives — forgiving us of all our sin by the work which He completed on the cross, and thus making us true children of God.
